In this fun and exciting cooking demonstration, learn how to bring these ancient teachings into your life using the culinary staples of New Orleans: in this case, okra! Our dish, smothered okra masala, brings together the flavors of New Orleans and India to give you a delicious, nutrient-packed delight.

In these six classes you will learn:
• The basic principles of Ayurveda
• Your natural constitution and the nature of any imbalances you may have
• The causes of disease
• How to heal your life using five sense therapies, including: food, touch (self-massage), aromatherapy, color therapy, sound healing and healthy lifestyle routines

Refund Policy
Full Refund available only up until 48 hours before the start of the program. No refund within 48 hours of the start of the program. Rarely, for reasons beyond the control of the Instructor, Crescent City Ayurveda, or the California College of Ayurveda, the course must be cancelled. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid. While all efforts will be made to avoid cancellations, the Instructor, Crescent City Ayurveda, and the California College of Ayurveda will accept no liability for student losses that occur beyond tuition actually paid to the Instructor, Crescent City Ayurveda, and/or the California College of Ayurveda (e.g., non-refundable airfare, time lost from work, equipment expenses).
Registration Agreement
The California College of Ayurveda, Inc. (CCA) is a private college and is approved by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) to offer programs in the study of Ayurvedic medicine, as prescribed by the California standards set forth in the Education Code.
This agreement is legally binding when signed by the individual attending this workshop and accepted by the Instructor or by the California College of Ayurveda. Your agreement below acknowledges that you have been given reasonable time to read and understand this agreement and the Refund Policy listed above, that you agree to your rights and responsibilities, and that you have obtained information about the program that you plan to attend and agree to the timing, venue, fee, instructor, and intent of the program.
